Q: I lost the center screw to one of my bass machines, where can I get a replacement?

A: Send a photo to john@cscproducts.com showing both machines on the side with the missing screw, and include your mailing address. We will do our best to match it and mail it out to you. After you receive it, please adjust all four machines per the instructions here. There is no charge for this service.
