Q: Who does the setup on Shen instruments?

A: Usually the selling dealer, with a few exceptions.

• We offer high quality setups to our dealers, with small orders usually having a lead time of two to three weeks.
• In the case of master orders needed for the Fall rush, we recommend placing your order as close to New Years Day as possible. The skill level needed to complete the work is rather high, and our resources are limited. The schedule tends to fill up rapidly.
